The Three Star Ranch is the perfect family ranch! Located in the YO Ranchlands gated community, it includes +/-155 acres and is a true Hill Country Gem. It has a three bed / two bath 1822 square foot main lodge and a tastefully done two bed / one bath 1200 square foot Barndominium Bunk House. There is a 1200 square foot spray foamed barn filled with many ranch tools, a walk-in cooler, skinning rack with mechanical lift, and pole barn to park additional vehicles. There are five blinds with feeders and an incredible amount of flowers showcased throughout the ranch during the spring. With the right offer, almost all furnishings will convey, along with a majority of the tools. Due to the YO's pioneering wildlife management practices, animals harvested on the ranch have consisted of: Sika, Fallow, Axis, Whitetail, Blackbuck, Audad, Mouflon, Turkey, Hogs, Doves, Foxes, Coyotes, and Bobcats. Needless to say, the Three Star Ranch has plentiful game and harvesting opportunities.

There are two wells on the ranch. One that serves the house and one that supplements the pond at the northwest corner of the ranch.

The ranch is wildlife exempt through the YO Ranchlands C0-OP wildlife valuation plan.

The YO Ranchlands community is monitored by a YO Security Marshall and has an integrated gate locking system providing further protection and peace of mind for all ranch owners. Owners of the ranches get access to the use of the YO bar and pool.
