As the Director of Operations & Development at TXR, Ashlye is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the day to day operational systems and processes. Embracing cutting-edge technologies, marketing strategies, website design and management. She works closely with our clients and staff to ensure smooth and accurate operations with the listings and closings of all transactions, helping give satisfaction and peace of mind, while ensuring each client’s unique journey to owning or selling their piece of Texas is both successful and fulfilling. Ashlye has years of experience in various facets of work related to real estate. She also brings expertise in wildlife and timber agricultural tax exemption. Ashlye is excited about sharing her passion of helping people and her love for this beautiful land that is fondly known as “The Hill Country”. Ashlye comes from a long line of Texan families who have been in Real Estate in the Austin area since the 1940’s. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two amazing kids, attending their sporting events, hunting, fishing and being outdoors.
